Jessica Knapp
Executive Director
Jessica joined CISPA in April 2019 as the Executive Director of the Central Pennsylvania affiliate. In July 2022, Jessica moved into the Vice President role, overseeing fund development efforts, programs, and growth on a statewide scale.
Jessica has both her B.A. and M.A. in International Studies, and is currently a Doctoral Candidate at West Chester University in the Public Administration program. Her research focuses on cross-sector collaboration between nonprofit organizations and school districts.
Jessica was born and raised in Mechanicsburg, and currently lives there with her husband, Tim; two sons, Oliver and Charlie; and two rescue dogs, Dexter Morgan and Luna Lovegood.
