Will Webster
Director of Southwestern PA Programs
Will joined the CISPA team in November of 2019 as the Community Navigator at the Greater Johnstown Middle School. A year later he transitioned to the role of Community School Director, at GJMS. In addition to his site responsibilities, Will joined the leadership team in the summer of 2022 as the Assistant Program Manager for the Southwestern PA region. In May 2023, he assumed the role of Director of Southwestern PA Programs. He is a 2016 graduate of Saint Vincent College and has worked with youth in educational and secure residential settings since. In his spare time, Will enjoys playing video games and watching soccer. He resides in Johnstown with his wife, Allyson, and a small zoo of rescue pets.
