Crystal Andrews
Site Coordinator at East Side Intermediate School
Crystal Andrews joined the CISPA team in January 2025 as the Community School Director at Greater Johnstown Middle School, then transitioned to Site Coordinator at East Side Intermediate School in July 2026. Crystal is a graduate of Greater Johnstown High School. She holds a B.S. in Sport Management from Cal U of PA, now known as Penn West. Before joining CIS, Crystal served as the Youth and Family Director at the Greater Johnstown YMCA and worked for other organizations that serve youth in the community. She previously worked as a TSS and a Jr. High basketball coach in the district. In her free time, Crystal enjoys spending time with her kids engaging in activities in the community. She is also passionate about coaching basketball and teaching life lessons through sport and compassion.
