Darian Doleman

Darian joined the CISPA team in July 2026 as the Site Coordinator at Hannah Penn Pre-K-8.
Darian is a dedicated behavioral health professional and youth mentor who blends mental health expertise with elite athletic leadership. Over the past 11 years, he has worked extensively with youth and families, providing critical emotional and behavioral support to help them navigate complex life challenges.
Complementing Darian’s human services career, he is a former professional basketball player with diverse domestic and international experience, including playing competitively in Mexico. Today, he channels that elite background into his work as a basketball coach, trainer, and mentor. By seamlessly combining evidence-based behavioral coaching with sports mentorship, Darian is deeply committed to empowering the next generation both in the classroom and on the court.
