Debbi Hemperly
Site Coordinator at Thomas W. Holtzman Jr. Elementary School
Debbi joined the CISPA team in early 2024 as the site coordinator at Thomas Holtzman Jr. Elementary School. She graduated from Shippensburg with a bachelor's in social work, and since then, her career has focused on advocating for children and families. Debbi’s past roles include working at the Capital Area Intermediate Unit as their mental health worker and Children & Youth as a placement/foster care worker. Being given an opportunity to be a positive influence in a child's world has been very rewarding for Debbi.
During her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, shopping, reading, and being outdoors. The beach is her happy place.
