Ditong joined the CISPA team in January 2026 as the Site Coordinator at Ferguson Pre-K-8. Before

joining CISPA, Ditong dedicated his career to supporting youth and families across Central Pennsylvania. His professional experience includes serving as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Helping Hand Family, a Transitional Living Assistant at the Milton Hershey School, and a Youth Development Aide with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Youth Development Center. These roles have deepened his commitment to empowering young people through compassionate, structured support.

Ditong holds a degree in Psychology from Penn State University, which provided the foundational understanding of human behavior that guides his work. Beyond his professional life, he has a deep passion for technology—you can often find him building, repairing, and troubleshooting computers and laptops. This interest led him to serve as the President of the Esports Club during his college years.

Ditong is an actively involved member of his church in Hershey and draws great strength from his community. His own journey, moving to the United States at age 13 and navigating a new language and culture through ESL programs, fuels his dedication to helping others find their footing and realize their potential. Coming from a single-mother household, he understands the power of resilience and the profound impact of supportive guidance.
