Jahlicia joined the CISPA team in September 2023 as the Site Coordinator at McKinley Pre-K-8. Jahlicia was born and raised in York, PA, and graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies. For the past four years, Jahlicia worked as a substitute teacher in various York County school districts before becoming a building substitute at McKinley K-8. Jahlicia loves nature, reading, spending time with her family, and traveling.
