Sam Rosa
Site Coordinator at Ferguson Pre-K-8
Sam Rosa joined the CISPA team in August 2026 as the Site Coordinator at Ferguson Pre-K-8. Sam boasts a background in mental health services, community engagement, program coordination, and advocacy. Most recently, Sam worked in psychiatric rehabilitation, supporting individuals in building life skills, strengthening community connections, and working toward personal goals. His previous experience also includes program coordination in healthcare and community-based roles focused on outreach, equity, and relationship-building.
Sam earned an Associate degree in Psychology from Harrisburg Area Community College and is continuing his education toward his goal of earning a Master's degree. He is passionate about creating spaces where people feel supported, valued, and empowered to succeed. He is excited to bring that passion to his work with students, families, and the school community at Ferguson.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys exploring Lancaster, where he lives with his partner and two Siberian Huskies, Riku and Axel; cooking and trying new foods; and often escaping reality with video games.
