Rich joined the Communities In Schools team in August 2023. Rich earned his bachelor’s in Elementary Education, and master’s in Organizational Development, and Leadership both from Shippensburg University. Rich brings various education-based and case management experiences to the team, including his work as a Pennsylvania-certified teacher, experience in case management, and seven years in labor relations with education unions. Rich prides himself in his coaching and leadership development skills, dedication to servant leadership, and goal-oriented mindset. Rich enjoys spending his free time with his loving wife and kids, especially outdoors or enjoying the arts.
