Tyler Houck
Director of Finance and Administration
Tyler Houck joined the CISPA team in January 2024 as the Director of Finance and Administration. Tyler received his B.A. degree in Accounting & Marketing from Shippensburg University and obtained his M.A. in Professional Accountancy (MPA/MPAcc) from the Pennsylvania State University in 2022. Originally from Eastern Pennsylvania, Tyler was raised in Douglassville/Amity Township; 15 minutes east of the city of Reading, PA.
Since 2013, Central PA has been "home.” Currently, Tyler lives in the "Sweetest Place on Earth" (Hershey, PA). He is an avid walker and loves to find new parks or areas to visit. He enjoys watching a variety of sports and is known to sing a Christmas tune any time of year! He has a dog and two cats that run the house.
Tyler’s professional background has spanned several industry sectors (manufacturing, agriculture, banking/investments, and educational services provider (SaaS)). His area of interest & experience is helping organizations to innovate for the future with focus on both process improvement and controls within finance to ensure a more interconnected ecosystem between front line operations and back-end accounting and operation systems in a modern society. He has both led and been a contributor to four system conversions.
Tyler is most prideful in the former Training & Development program he spearheadeded at a former organization. What satisfies him the most is working to coach and develop team members and provide opportunities to gain exposure and gain new skills along the way.
